Candidates must be highly motivated science enthusiasts with strong technical skills. Proficiency with programming (primarily MATLAB and C/C++), willingness to work with animal models, and strong written and oral English communication skills are required. Experience with biomedical optics is preferred. Strong analytical skills, independent motivation, and creativity are essential.
